kathyridgell I have contacted customer support to see if they are able to track the delivery. Packages are scanned upon pick up and scanned again at each stop along the way as well as when it’s delivered. Do you think someone took it? I’m sorry that happened but I wish you would have reached out to me before you left the negative feedback as I have always tried to make purchases a pleasant experience for my buyers. I will await a response from support.

bloom_thrifty @nikkireed I'm so sorry you didn't receive multiple packages from different sellers, so very odd they all say delivered. maybe someone swiped off your porch? either way is no reason to give us all 1 star reviews that hurt our small businesses as that's not our fault. maybe you should take it up with the post office

bloom_thrifty @nikkireeed it's okay, I completely understand how frustrating it can be. I believe you can just go to the order page to change the rating. I'm sorry for the trouble, I hope they can fix it!
