csautner can you please send a picture of the item broken I sent you. It was wrapped with bubble wrap and the case is very hard. I'd like to send you a label to return it and refund you. I have the video of wrapping it so I am going to the post office to make sure I file a claim. The 3 star is very sad since I made sure it was protected.
