therelicnurse @nahowe13 Hi there. His mouth moves but he does not dance. He's on strings and a plastic plachette. He sings a Christmas song. If you look him up on YouTube, you can hear the lyrics. It's a song unique to him. He stands 15 inches tall and a foot wide. Thanks for asking :) Please let me know if I can help further.
