jessieisabella hi, you recently sent me a dolce & gabana shirt with snow white on it..... unfortunately I made the mistake of forgetting to change my address on my account before placing the order. the new tenants living at the address you mailed it to are not very friendly and likely won't hold the package for me to pick up, but instead, return to sender. how does this work when something like this happens? i pay for the shipping again to the correct address , right?

missy_posh @jessieisabella hi, I am new to this type of situation, but I don’t think this is my responsibility to resend the package. I would suggest talking to the new tenants and asking them to mail it to you, and you can pay them the shipping fee. I am not sure how the transaction would work if the package were to be sent back to me , how would you pay me the shipping fee?
