chicbags I am so sorry that you were not satisfied with the packaging.Can you please let me know what was lacking in the packaging as I packed them in the original box and wrapped in paper and then another sturdy box with extra paper for padding. Please let me know so that I can improve in future,thanks :)

calhoun437 @chicbags the shoes didn't come with the inserts to keep them from bending and the shoe box was scratched making it look like packging damage

chicbags @calhoun437 That's how the shoe box was when I bought them from the store and about the inserts the boots were pretty sturdy on their own but next time I'll keep that in mind,thanks for your reply :)
