ahcisneros @neenplease Hi Nina, I’m sorry that the purse strap was not long enough for a cross body, but I did give a strap drop measurement of 11 inches on the description. A case is usually open in Poshmark if the item description does not match the listing. But, I made sure I accurately described the purse. I really do take pride in making sure my buyers are happy with their purchase from my closet.

ahcisneros @neenplease Hello 👋 again. Have you heard from Poshmark? I don’t know how the return policy work, but I don’t mind getting it back. I really would hate for you to be stuck with something you do not like. This site is extra income for my family and I want to make sure all my buyers are HAPPY 😊 with their purchase, so you can come and check out my other listings. I hope that Poshmark allows the return. Unfortunately, I as a seller cannot do anything about it (I read up on it on Poshmark Q & A)
