stephleirer Hi you recently ordered a pair of botegga vanetta sunglasses and when I went to check tracking it says that your address is insufficient and it has been trying to deliver for a few days and can’t. Please help with this. I contacted poshmark as well.

stephleirer Poshmark told me a while ago that they refunded you. If you would like to purchase them you will have to make an offer on the glasses again and make sure your new address is properly in Poshmark. Have a great day and let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

nellabish I am so sorry for the delay. We sent a request for the post office to come pick up the package last Friday and they have not come to pick it up. If it is not picked up today it most likely should be shipped on Thursday. Sorry again for the delay, I don’t know why this is happening.
