Hey there. I’m prepping the Cole Haan shoes for shipment now. I noticed a scuff on them that I think is new from storage. I don’t think any pictures on the listing show this area clearly. After an listing sells, I cannot edit the listing.

@ninalee72 I can. Or I direct shared three images on a temp listing that I will remove. If you click on your shares, you should see a not for sale listing with three images. I tried to let the light hit the scuff a couple of ways.

My apologies I didn’t leave a note nor wrap the shoes in tissue. I truly appreciate your purchase, I love the shoes! I bought them to wear to two weddings. As for the box, it was an amazon box I used so that I could ship them ASAP as I have done several times in the past. I didn’t realize that was an issue as I’ve never received less than a 5 star rating. I was surprised to see a one star rating. Again, I apologize.

@lmeaton I appreciate the apology. The box wasn't the main issue the wear on the back heel and stem that wasn't described nor photographed in the post was.
