princessalexala Hi Nina, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your AirPods Case. This happens very often with hard cases, hope this can help you, because it happens to me all the time as well with the hard ones, I do own an AirPod pro. But try to push the AirPods all the way down, you got to push it a little hard; then with the cap close try to do the same.
