I have no idea how the skirt could have been dirty. I wonder if something happened in the post. At any rate I apologize profusely. I have a perfect 5 star record and this is unfortunate. So sorry

@lpenner772 If I could post a picture on how it looked when I opened the package I would. Based on your message I dont think it was your fault but when I got asked to rate I rated based on what I received. The skirt is beautiful but it's unfortunate when you open up a package and find what I did. I still appreciate your apology.
