arielbarbey Hi, I just received you rating and it says you didn't receive your item? I see it on the tracking as delivered, was there an issue?

nirvanabliss @arielbarbey hi, I was out of town this weekend and did not find the package when I got home. I also see that the tracking says the order was delivered. It could have been stolen but not sure how we can verify this with USPS before jumping to that conclusion?

arielbarbey @nirvanabliss I'm so sorry to hear that! You can try calling your local usps office and thy might be able to locate it if it was delivered to the wrong address(my post office delivers my packages down the street all the time) if they can't find it, they will issue you the insurance amount for the item.

arielbarbey @nirvanabliss However, I did ship the item as the tracking shows on the 12th of April, once it's in the hands of usps they're held liable. I can try contacting poshmark and see what else they suggest. If you stand by your rating of 1 star I understand, but I as a seller did everything I was supposed to. The fault is with usps, but I can totally understand your frustration. Thanks
