noujamellitus @ngray0818 you could've contacted me with any issue before opening a case. You asked questions and I answered them. The bag is exactly like pictured and described "top quality". Another person asked about authenticity and I answered that the price reflects the obvious. I checked the words and spelling for you and reported back as I saw. What seems to be the problem?? You should've reached out to me first.
