Greetings. 'opened up a case' sounds serious. i am new to poshmark. I did not want to accept the purchase because it looked very worn (the white is dingy), the fit is baggy and i couldn't verify the size. I wear lululemon size 6 without problems- fits perfectly

@nitarudra yes, thats what they call it . A bit dramatic but they call it opening a case. We get notified when it happens. I listed the measurements within the listing along with BOLD writing to please check measurements before purchase due to the missing size dot. Now i know it was a return due to it not fitting you. Thank you for letting me know.

Hello- thank-you for your offer on our blouse. We listed a few lessor priced items, less than $10 in our closet in order to give buyers more selection to bundle items, etc. We really can’t except lower offers than $6-$7 as for $5 offers, after paying PM, $3 The $2 left over is hardly worth the time to put it in the box, unless you are buying multiple items.
