aerialbliss @niurcaalmonte Hi, click on your closet Icon in the lower right hand corner of the home page. This will bring you to a list so you can access information. Click on My Balance. There you will see what amount you can redeem from a sale or sales. Click on redeem. There you can get your monies. You'll need to set up how you want to get paid. Direct deposit into your bank or other. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help.

aerialbliss @niurcaalmonte Dear Niurca, When packages are sent they are tracked. You will get notices that the package you sent has started tracking. In that list for your closet you can click on My Sales. There you'll see what you have sold and and who purchased it. Then it will tell you it has arrived. Most buyers will then accept their purchase and rate their purchase.

aerialbliss @niurcaalmonte Not sure! Did you send it through USPS? Maybe they will try delivering it again? You may have to contact Poshmark Support. That is on the list of tools. They are usually pretty responsive.
