motherof_2kings @delightful_nk I completely understand what you're saying! You have pictures of your "actual" items. That should help when PM reviews the case. They ask the Buyer to submit pics to support their claim and they'll compare them to your listing pics. The hard part is waiting for the results. It usually doesn't take too long. Please do not allow this discourage you in any way. It's unfortunate but this happens to just about every Seller at some point or you get a less perfect rating.

I responded to the claim by writing a comment however I haven’t submitted any new pictures. I guess I will do that. Thank you so much.
