Hi! I am not really sure how to handle this situation as it is my first time I have had any dissatisfaction of my items. I am sorry if I missed this stain. I hadn't noticed it and would like to see a picture to see where it is. If you are interested in returning the item, I realize it will have to be taken up with poshmark. Another option is for you to release the funds and resell the item to me on your own page. The last option will probably be the most efficient.

I also have another option that may interest you. I have another cream wallet on poshmark that is fossil brand. If you release the funds to me for the coach wallet, I will sell this wallet to you with shipping for $5 with free shipping. This wallet is in good condition and is very similar to the one I have already sold you. At the very least, you can resell this wallet for much more.

I can email you a picture of the stain. I do not want a fossil wallet, thanks. I also will not be reselling the item. I just want a full refund with shipping covered. As a seller, I would just assume you would have a sense of refunds and returns. No problem. I will contact poshmark directly and they will coordinate with you processing the return.
