@5nitch yes definitely, I just sent PM a message within the case screen to see how I can give the refund immediately, since you don’t need to send them back. I don’t see where to indicate it in the app, so I used the questions feature.

@5nitch another idea is print the label and ship me nothing because if it auto tracks delivery then it would trigger it to refund. Just an idea, but let’s see what/when PM replies.
