noellelutu @mnagy546 do you know if it ever worked? If it is a battery issue, I am more than willing to put in a new battery and continue with the purchase. I had assumed that if it had never been worn, stayed in the box, never been damaged..... Its probably ok and just lacking a battery. Its for my daughter.

hello_strangerr Hi, I’m so sorry that I cancelled the Up3 order. I was trying to test it before I shipped it out, unfortunately, it seems not paring to my phone. I have to cancel it because I don’t wanna ship it to you if it’s not working. I’ll keep trying with a different charger and let you know.
