@ndietle Oh no - that definitely should not have happened! Just a suggestion - a shoe cobbler can repair that very inexpensively. If you do not have one you prefer, I have one that I use a lot & he does an excellent job on Louis Vuitton repairs. You could ship it to him to get it repaired & then have him ship it back.
