121elena Hello ...I noticed the heels lifts were the original and they came off as I was packing them, bring them to the cobbler and ask for rubber ones it's definitely worth it and not expensive. Plus you won't clang around and they won't slip when walking. Hope you enjoy the red satin shoes. Thanks 121elena
