tsipathomas @annabananies Aw i shipped them already this morning. The box was a mess anyway so I used a different box. I didn't have a dust bag. I'm so sorry for that. Next time I'll make sure I mention if the box and dust bag is not available. You should get them in 2 or 3 days. I hope you like them. tsipathomas @stylish_paige good morning. Can you please help me. If a customer is not happy about the item that is been shipped how do you deal with that. Can she return it for a full refund? Thanks. My customers are important.

stylish_paige @tsipathomas gm to u too❤️ yes Customers are very important I agree. Why is she not happy? Poshmark has a NO RETURN policy unless u sent something which was not as listed. If the customer is not happy with size fit color or how it looks on them they can't do anything except reposh the item. If u sent an item that was not at listed they can contact posh and ur item will be returned to u. Hope that helps ❤️

tsipathomas @stylish_paige the customer is saying the item was brocken or damaged. I have pictures of the item. I don't know how is it damaged. I tried to reach out to poshmark and customer by saying ifn the item is brocken it can be returned for a refund. It was a Cynthia Vincent bag. When I packed it, I didn't see and damage. How do I submit more photos to poshmark or how do I see where the damages are as the customer is saying. Would poshmark show me the pictures from the customer?

stylish_paige @tsipathomas it has been getting more common when customer doesn't like it and says it's damaged 😬u can send an email to Poshmark in continuation to the email they sent u if the case is in review. If customer hasn't contacted posh then u don't have to do anything. U will get ur money in 3 days. If ur case is in review u can send an email to posh with the pics u took as an attachment. There is NO way u can see customer pics.

There is no way u can reduce prices on everything in one go so either u do it separately or whatever brands ur carrying u can creat sale listings of whatever % off u want to do separately .
