I did receive an email telling me the steps after a sale, and that a label had been sent, but it's not there. Can you give me advice?

ksfashionfinds @ndunlap561 hi check under email again look be sure it didn’t go in spam or junk folder if not there click on your account bottom right corner of your closet page click profile double check your email address is still isn’t there click in order under sales click problem With order then click need new shipping label never received you should get another label emailed hope this helps!😊🌷
