graycefull Hello! I shipped your dress on November 27. From what I can see it has not been delivered yet. Did you receive this item? If not you may want to ask Poshmark to inquire on your behalf with the US Postal Service.

nvenegas1980 @graycefull I have not received it and there is no mail today, so I'm hoping I get it tomorrow. For some reason it's been taking long to receive packages. I'm new to Poshmark so I will do as you suggested if I don't get it tomorrow.

graycefull @nvenegas1980 Usually Posh packages arrive in 2-4 days, and it’s been 8. The mail is slower this time of year with the holidays. Luckily Poshmark protects us. If it never arrives, they will give you your money back and pay me as well. But I know you want the dress, so I’m hoping for that! Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help.

graycefull @nvenegas1980 Hello, I contacted Poshmark yesterday, but it would help if you contacted them also. If you go into your orders, there is a button you can push for problems. Report the package as not delivered. It sounds like the package was lost. You may have to find something else to wear for your party next Friday. But Poshmark will refund your money. I’m so sorry, I have had hundreds of sales and this has only happened one other time. I wish poshMark would use FedEx or UPS instead of USPS!

nvenegas1980 @graycefull i went ahead and submitted the email API will wait for a response. It seems after December 1st no more tracking, It's stuck somewhere in IL 🤷‍♀️

nvenegas1980 @graycefull I just wanted to update you, I never heard back from Poshmark, so emailed them again this morning. Then when I got to work I checked it and it says it finally arrived to the postal office near me. I will be on the lookout for it.
