cafedumonde Hi! In regard to the Lole dress, it was purchased new and hung in my closet until sold, and it was never washed or worn. I just can’t imagine why you would think otherwise. With Poshmark, it is possible to open a case and get a refund and return items you feel are not what they were represented to be. Once you rate a seller you’re stuck. I sure wish you had reached out first, I would certainly have agreed to a return. I never want anyone to be unhappy with anything they receive from me.
