msleslied1 Were you really raised by hippies, or just a cute phrase? I WAS a full on Hippie Mom, we hitched hiked around the whole US when she was 4 & 5, chickens, cow milk churning butter, etc etc etc..we did every hippie thing you have ever read about...communes, naked life style...Its all still in my blood and there are 'traces" only in my 47 yr old daughter happily married w 3 teen agers, contractor husband and she high up in the school district...the apple flew far from the tree!!

nkd215 @msleslied1 hi! Yes! I was raised by real hippies. My people are actually still living out in the mountains in New Mexico, making jewelry and stuff. My early years were spent in a VW bus, milking goats and stuff. I miss it but now I’m enjoying my nutritional yeast and veggie foods from my air conditioned townhouse lol

msleslied1 @nkd215 I love it...Wish you and my daughter could swap stories....I think it gave her an incredible base to work from in this life while she is making nutritional everything for her family (w a husband smoking cigarettes mind you!) She loves her experiences but living very middle of the road now as well as I too am..w just a different angle on life thru all my experiences too from the earth! Thanks for chatting w me. nkd215 @msleslied1 I think it’s harder and harder to live a natural lifestyle these days but I’m doing what I can. I feel a big win because my kids don’t drink soda haha. Thanks for chatting and yes I love Poshmark so far. I’m doing it as a side hustle and to just declutter a bit!
