I made an inquiry to Poshmark customer service about an issue with my order without checking into the issue myself... long story short I felt silly for making a fuss before I knew it was only a mistake. The seller+Poshmark made it right and the seller sent me my item anyway as a gift. With a handwritten note no less! I cannot say I have ever experienced such kindness from a stranger!!
