fatbunny4130 @cocospetdog Thank you for your honest feedback, I agree that I was unprofessional & unavailable & again, I truly apologize for the inconvenience. My 8 year old daughter was killed in a car accident with her friend’s family (she was the only fatality) so I hope that this sheds light on the reasons for my poor performance. thank your again, my apologies & all the best to you.
