btexgal Good morning, I wanted to let you know that I had your packaged picked up Monday with another package. The other package is tracking but yours is not for some reason. I notified poshmark and I will contact my local post office today. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been scanned and started the shipping process. I will keep you in touch. Thanks and sorry about this!

btexgal @norajeanriley I have not heard back from my post office yet, I submitted a lost package order this morning with all the details and they stated I would hear back in 24 hours. As soon as I hear back I’ll update you as to what they say. Poshmark emailed me back and said to let them know if tracking does not update by 8/5/20.

btexgal @norajeanriley yes, you should be able to cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order. Poshmark does not pay the seller until the buyer receives the item, so if you never receive it you will be able to cancel and get a refund.

btexgal Hey, I heard back from the post office. The lady who left a message called from Arizona and said it is in route to you and should be there tmro. So maybe it was just not scanned! She said she would continue to be in contact with me.
