nevadadeb Nora they sent my pkg back because you shipped it in an overnight envelope and that’s not allowed.You can put it in any other PRIORITY pkg but not overnight.They wanted $18.10 from me.Im really upset.

nevadadeb I guess Poshmark WILL NOT REFUND ME so I have to WAIT again til it gets back to you repacked and sent again. Thank you for your apology but this is upsetting sorry,.They asked me to accept and rate and I will not do that bc I would have to pay $18.10 and I already paid $32 with shipping.Hopefully you get it back soon!

vanillabutter @nevadadeb the same thing happened to me. The post office wanted $18.10 from mr to get my item Because it was shipped in an express package. I ordered on August 12. Still waiting and nothing...no refund. No order ever arrived and no cancel option from Poshmark. And this seller won’t respond to me. Did you ever receive what you ordered?

nomacklin @vanillabutter hi. I have no idea why that package was returned so quickly and nothing from you. Last time I checked the tracking it had not updated past the date the package was not accepted. Let me look again and see if there are any additional details I can get from usps.

nomacklin @vanillabutter Again, I apologize for my error. I made this mistake twice for which I apologize for. I do not know why your package hasn’t been returned to me and the tracking only tracks to August 17th, the point at which the package arrived to Pennsylvania. I will call usps today and see if there’s anything additional they can tell me about this package. I will also reach out to postmark to see what other options there are.

nomacklin @vanillabutter staff at my post office were been unable to give me any other details aside from the package having arrived to PA but they say systems have been delayed as of late. i have reached out to poshmark and asked them to consider the order as lost and offer you a refund.

nevadadeb @vanillabutter I did get my order,and rest assured the seller did turn the product around immediately.If there’s a problem,I’m pretty sure it’s the PO responsibility not the seller at this point.IK ow the seller actually had to pay. The $18.10 just to get the package to resend,so it was a costly mistake for her and she apologized multiple times to me.I felt bad for her,but I was frustrated with the lack of support from Poshmark.In your case,I hope Poshmark will refund you,bc it seems lost.
