stylecrush401 Hi, I am so sorry for the confusion! I received notice this morning that Order #: 5d2cfdcce377533db8ae8af0 was being shipped to me. I did not order this item. My young grand daughter had my phone and was looking around on Posh. She did not know how the app works and she mistakenly ordered it. I did not know she had done this until this morning. I went on to cancel the order and it only gave a 3 hour window. Can I please cancel this order, as it was not placed by me?

normas22 @lisadaughtry I’m sorry but the order was already shipped out. I woke up early in order to make sure I could get it out before work, and I put time and effort into packaging it. If you tried to cancel and it didn’t work, why didn’t you message me earlier? That way I wouldn’t have shipped it out.

I TRULY apologize for the issue, but as a seller myself, I realize that issues do arise with customers.
