latheringlove @missbernie747 No, I haven’t I’m happy the buyer decided to keep the item though you make want to email Poshmark and advise them about the situation. Especially keep an eye on the status of the item since she will not be mailing it back to you.

latheringlove @missbernie747 go to Poshmark Support Center then go to the link Contact Poshmark Support and it will allow you contact them and you can select Problem with existing order. You can also send them the screenshot or proof of the buyer deciding to keep the item on the file attachment area to help your situation. Hope it gets resolved for you and the buy.
