nucchem239 @maciasrave1984 There is no item to return, it was never sent. An empty envelope was sent with a tracking number to the wrong address on purpose. Tracking says arrived and delivered but it was never delivered to me.

nucchem239 @maciasrave1984 I tracked down the address and it was just en empty envelope the people said. I have a photo from USPS of the package and the tracking with the wrong address. The people just tossed the envelope out. Even the address has no name on it, says CURRENT RESIDENT. The guys poshmark address is empty. Can you help me. I have writen to customer service twice now.

nucchem239 @maciasrave1984 My mail is not being stolen for this. The seller did not send the shoes I ordered, he sent an empty envelope with tracking to another address, to show received, Poshmark wants me to return the item and there is no item to return, it was an empty envelope sent. The postal service has nothing to do with this now.

The warehouse is looking for the package now but it would help to have the tracking number to help them in the search instead of just my name. Or your address where it came from. Thank you so much. tori_rave84 @voodoochemist55 Posh app does not allow you to release funds or even get to that " tab" unless your item has been delivered ....so , if you got that far - YOU CAN RELEASE PMT & IT APPARENTLY DOES SHOW PURCHASES. ALWAYS.

voodoochemist55 @gidrew you are correct. They will release automatically. For some reason my account shows no purchases and with out a purchase you can’t go in and release funds, as there is no purchase. Trying to work this out with customer service but haven’t heard back. Let me know please if they release your funds. So sorry about this.
