nycprincesse Hello Nour. I received your offer for the Puglisi dress and I countered it (with a not much higher counter). The dress retailed for over $1500 so this is as low as I can go. The item is a genuine high end designer item, the fabric and cut are made accordingly. Just wanted to communicate that.
