I just have to speak my mind on your recent order.:
You gave me this comment on the Ugg's you bought from me:
"Look brand new, love them!"
I also shipped them SAME DAY.
Not only did you give me a less than 5 star rating, you also said that I needed to improve on Ship Time, Item Description, Item Cleanliness, Seller Responsiveness (you never sent any messages).
This rating makes zero sense and is definitely unwarranted.
