Hi Novena, I am sincerely sorry. I've heard of this happening to other poshers and now I've done it. It's a total accidental switch. I just learned another customer received your necklace instead of the earrings she ordered which I think might be headed your way. She has opened a case with PM which is a good thing because I know they are used to dealing with this situation. This is the first time I've done it and I feel awful, esp since the necklace likely represents a sentimental relationship.

It will get sorted! Please know that. I have contacted customer support on the fastest way to get this resolved. This is an awful way to learn I need to be more diligent. I'll update you as soon as I hear next steps. In the meantime, if you receive a PM package from me, just don't open it, it's going to be the other customer's earrings. Again, I am so very sorry and working quickly to correct my mistake.

@novena45 PM Support has emailed me on how to resolve the issue so you get your necklaces & the other buyer gets her earrings. PM has emailed each of you a pre-paid mailing label. Just attach this label to the incorrect package you received & drop in the mail. The other buyer will do the same with your necklaces. Again, my sincere apologies. I would appreciate knowing why you felt a need to say such bad things about me on my 1st sale. You said I had worn the boots more than I advertised but I NEVER wore them at all. You said my photographs were fakes. I pride myself on my photography since I am a former professional photographer. I took those pictures with my IPhone in natural light on my back porch.

Were you offended that I didn't accept your original offer? That's all I can think of that might have upset you. And I didn't know you had bought them until the day after since I had been sick. Maybe you felt neglected or ignored? If you need attention maybe my delay felt like a personal slight?
I am sorry you weren't happy. But if you felt the boots were not as described, why didn't you just return them?
