ziggaboo Good Evening, I didn’t see or knowingly sent a damaged product to you. What I can do is send you your money back. When returned and as if you stated I’ve never received anything under 5 stars. This is actually the 1st used product I sold. Far from being dirty .On my closet everything is new,except that one item and as pictured. The shoes wore stared being wore twice in ...They were boxed and no tears on the suede or visible..If you like you can send a pic of the hole as well. Respectfully
