coleyroleypoley @nynita Your package was shipped last night. Sometimes it takes time to register after they scan. Having said that, I see that it shows as shipped now! Keep in mind, Posh gives us 7 days to ship (the site info says to allow 1-2 weeks for delivery). I do not make daily trips to USPS, plus, Monday was a holiday. Thanks for your patience. I was glad to accept your offer and hope you love the boots.

lanny4751kodak Wow-wandering what happen with necklace being to small. The listing had the measurements and I would have been more than happen to given your more details on the size. The necklace is sold at higher price on other platform and I took a loss on it because I paid full price and posh took 20% of the money . I hope you were please with the extra gift I gave you. The item was new, in perfect condition,packaged pristinely and shipped quickly. I felt badly that you may have been unhappy.

I cannot process a return if you accept an item and leave a feedback, it’s then marked as completed. I cannot do anything off site. If you could contact them and undo your acceptance and feedback. Then I can process a return through the system
