findsbythee Hi,love the sneakers but the listing didn't say they were 2nds & have cosmetic flaws as the red stamps on the shoes & box show.I really love your closet & would love to shop frequently there so I am hoping we can resolve this without having to return them, would you be willing to do a fair partial refund since they're not first quality with the staining on the left shoe. I'm a honest buyer & loyal shopper if treated fairly, I do not want to return the shoes so please consider. Thx
