annavictoriao @lindsayosw124 hey. Yes, the postal asked me to pay ~$17 if I want to have the package. I said no. Apparently the envelope you shipped it in was wrong. Hopefully this make some sense to you.

lindsayosw124 @annavictoriao Oh my gosh I am SO sorry. When I got my new shipment of boxes and envelopes from the post office I didn’t realize the envelopes said priority express on them. I think that was the issue. The package is being sent back to me, I can repack and reship as soon as I get it. Is that ok?
