lisasdreambtq @gonzaleolga As a Posh Ambassador, I welcome new Poshers to Poshmark and offer assistance if you have questions about listing and selling etc...but in this case you need to contact Poshmark right away. It's always best to have them handle any disputes or discrepancies

lisasdreambtq @gonzaleolga As far as trading goes (your earlier question) it's allowed but not recommended. There are some people here that have reputable trading history but I know many people that have gotten burned....also Poshmark can't protect you or help you get your money back if the trade goes 'bad'. I wouldn't recommend it honestly but that's just my opinion

lisasdreambtq @gonzaleolga That is absolutely right. If something sells for $500 or more it goes straight to Posh concierge for authentication, whether you buy it or someone buys from you. During a trade typically what I've seen is say you and someone else decide what each other want and then each person changes the listing to $3 to be able to make a shipping label and then each other ships. Then you trust someone you don't know to send you their item and you send yours...

lisasdreambtq @gonzaleolga Like I said before there are some people with good trading history (meaning the person will ship their item to you) but there is no authentication. If you send off an authentic item and you get a fake then that's that, posh can do nothing for you. And if you don't receive your item there's nothing posh can do for you. That's why it's not recommended.
