bt2417 Hi. I’m packaging up the jacket I see the zipper is sticky. You honestly have to play with it a little to zip it. I can cancel the order, or offer you $75 off the price. I took it to my tailor and she just pressed on it and it zipped. You can easily wear it with the snaps only. Once it catches it’s fine.I apologize for this inconvenience, but I am very transparent seller.

bt2417 Hi. If you check my closet I have another similar Burberry coat a bit shorter with no zipper issues. I would sell it to you for the same price. I would just switch them out.

bt2417 Hi. I went online. I guess common issue and it recommended gliding a pencil along the teeth. I think it’s very smooth now, but I will still deduct $75 off please let me know how to proceed
