laveaumedia Hey, I saw that you also purchased a belt from “@ certifieddealer”, I’m having trouble contacting her and getting shipping information. This is my first purchase from PM, I’m hoping you can let me know if I should be concerned about this seller? I made the purchase on 11/16, yet no shipping info has been updated and her account listings have been suspended 2x so far this week. I’m wondering how long it took you to receive your order from her and if you had tracking info?

laveaumedia @surinol848 thanks so much for responding! I didn’t know who else to ask, I’m still learning this whole PM thing. What day did you place your order with her? Super bummed because it seems I’m the only one who hasn’t received their order. I placed mine on 11/16. Do you know if it’s normal that Poshmark hasn’t updated any shipping info? It still says “pending shipment scan” on my order.

surinol848 @laveaumedia hi, I placed my order on the 14th and received on the 18th. if you didn't receive an email from poshmark saying that a reminder was sent to the seller to ship your item , chances are it's in tranzit. sometimes they forget to scan in the package so it won't show tracking info. But if you have concerns, write an email to PS helpdesk, I'm sure they can help you reconcile your money.
