yardconifer Hi Olga, I just purchased a pair of chacos from you. In the listing you didn’t mention that they were a 7 W. My foot is 7 M. I was reading an article about Chaco in which I learned that a dash on the back of the shoe means wide. Unfortunately, since I wont be able to wear them, and you maybe forgot to list it as a “wide”, I will need to return them. Is there a way we can handle this without having to report it as a problem? I think it was just and oversight on you part. I’m sorry.

yardconifer @olgamika Hi Olga, i haven’t tried them on. I will do that when they arrive to make sure. However, Im fairly certain they won’t fit because my foot has never fit a wide shoe. Sorry about putting you to the trouble, but if the add stated that they were wide, I wouldn’t have purchased them because I know that’s not my size. I will go through Poshmark to return as “not as described”. I just didn’t want you to be affected adversely. Thanks for understanding.
