Hi there. I am so sorry you are not happy with the coach heels. My description stated the signs of wear are on the bottoms and inside but not on the outside where it is visible. The photos clearly show inside wear. I’m happy to accept a return if you can get Posh to approve it. I don’t want anyone to be upset. Thanks
