alexabrisson @oliviahundt you can just open a return case and say the wrong item was send, they will email you return label, and I will request new label for alo top, if they wont send it. I will ship it myself

oliviahundt @alexabrisson Hi! sorry I just want to clarify that I'm going through the process right, so I received the order that was mixed up, so online when I go to accept the order, I go to problems/order inquiry, and then do I go to order not as described and say the wrong item was mailed and send photos? or is there an easier process?

I will relist this top and you would have to purchase it again, to make sure that we can track item with poshmark label. I am sorry for confusing and delay.
