tay_holla Hey, Olivia! I just saw your comment. I am so sorry you’re having issues with the HR monitor! I honestly never wore it. I bought it as part of a promo for rejoining OTF earlier this year and I still had my old band, so I never used this one. It just sat in my closet for a couple months. I really am sorry, but I had no way of knowing. I truly wouldn’t have sold it if I’d thought it would give you any issues. ☹️

oliviawats @tay_holla Okay I just wanted some more info! I told them at Orangetheory about the problem, and they had me try on my other arm and it worked better. So I think it’s resolved! Thanks!
