ishazadazoe I received the wrong pair of shoes! I purchased the hunter black clogs! I'm very upset! I received a brown pair of nursing shoes! How do I get the correct pair that was purchased?

oliviacarolinee @ishazadazoe im so sorry i got the two shipping labels mixed up because both shoes sold at the same time. If you print a return label i can resend the hunter rain clogs. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding!!!!!

ishazadazoe @oliviacarolinee I'm not a Posh seller so how can I print a return label? It will cost me $ to return the shoes.

oliviacarolinee @ishazadazoe Go to Account tab->my purchases->select the order you purchased->problems/order inquiry. They should send you a return label for free. You are going to get your money back and then you will just have to purchase the shoes again once they are returned and i will resend them.

ishazadazoe I haven't sent mine yet. I need to know how I am getting reimbursed for shipping. I wasn't able to get a return label. I followed your instructions and haven't received anything. So with that being said I don't feel I should to be responsible to have the incorrect item returned to you for the correct item purchased.
