twitterpatedinc @lisajeff hi! Yes, the coloring did not match the picture and both the tag and strap look very worn compared to the represented picture. The item description said it was cream colored but the item received was much more tan.

lisajeff @twitterpatedinc I didn't say it was cream colored. I think you saw another description. They are all tan colored. I have more that I just got in that have less marks. They look practically unused. I want you happy. I would be more than happy to replace this one. .

twitterpatedinc @lisajeff hi there. Yes, in your description of the item it lists the color specifically as cream. The picture in the listing I purchased was the item color I was expecting. I would love if you had the item in the picture, but not if all the luggage tags you have are the color I received. Sorry about any misunderstanding.

lisajeff @twitterpatedinc I am so sorry. I think it may be the lighting of the picture. Unless they are brand new from the store they are not going to be that pink. And not for this money... lol. But!! I do have one that is very light. I'm listing it now and in the title I'm putting reserved for twitterpatedinc. Tell me if that's ok. Also did you report that this was a fake? Posh wrote me a very nasty note for selling a replica item to you. And it's not replica.

lisajeff @twitterpatedinc I'm not sure what happened. Very weird. I just got in exactly what you are looking for. Today. It's very light and the leather has not darkened yet. It has no markings at all. Did you send back the key and lock also?? I'm going to post a picture of this if you want to look at it. If you want this one let me know.
