greenglove hello, I just received a top from you. It was soaking wet and smells like mildew. It looks like the package was damaged in transit and then put in a plastic envelope from the postoffice. What to do?

akliv907 @greenglove oh my gosh!!! That is HORRIBLE!!!!😩 I am so sorry!!! Let me see what I can do, did you have the option upon receiving it to file it as damaged?? Oh my gosh! I can’t believe that!😰 we will get this situation resolved! Again I apologize that is not okay 😥

greenglove @akliv907 Hello again, the top is not damaged. It just arrived wet and smelling bad. I am sure it is not your fault. Looks like it happened in transit. I am going to wash it and see if the smell comes out. If so- no worries. I like the top.
