Hi! I'm Olivia. In the past year, I've changed careers and recovered from disordered eating. I'll be selling lightly worn or NWT clothing that no longer fits my changing body or no longer works for my lifestyle as a special education teacher. liv_belisle @danniee_kay so happy to "meet" you!!! Thank you for being open about your journey with me! I totally get it- it's a lifelong journey and I don't think we can ever get it perfect. But everyday we can wake up and give our bodies Grace to be what they are and love our bodies by listening to hunger cues is a step towards freedom! Have you heard of the podcast food psych? If not, you should check it out! It's helped me so much in my day to day struggles.

danniee_kay @liv_belisle Aw, thank you. Coffee would be better but I think we are located quite far apart. I have not heard of that podcast but I will check it out. I was lucky to have a great therapist who introduced me to literature on ‘intuitive eating’ - it’s exactly the concept you describe of re-learning your body/cues and lessening the self judgement.

liv_belisle @danniee_kay haha yes just a tad far! I was lucky enough as well! Intuitive eating is the only approach to food that has offered healing for me! Glad to hear of another mindful eater out there😉
